Job Title: Team Lead Position

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of sales professionals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position, based on-site at our Cebu IT Park office. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their performance and skills
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Experience in handling KPIs related to sales quota for any products
  • Strong understanding on handling objections and negotiation skills
