Delivery Leads/Business Analysts

As a Lead Consultant, you will guide project teams to success through strategic planning, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving. By fostering alignment between business objectives and delivery goals, you will empower teams to deliver high-quality solutions while driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall delivery of projects, consistently delivering value to clients.
  • Develop and oversee delivery plans, including scope, estimates, releases, and statements of work for engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy, product vision, and success criteria, translating these into actionable roadmaps.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to delivery teams, ensuring successful outcomes through facilitation and expert guidance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management.
  • Support the delivery planning phases of discovery workshops, contributing actionable insights and technical feasibility assessments.
Strategic Contribution
  • Lead discovery workshops to align client stakeholders and delivery teams, defining the delivery roadmap for the product.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of delivery frameworks and practices.
Client Engagement and Growth
  • Provide deep expertise and trusted advice to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, bridging technical and business domains.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing client accounts.
Team Leadership and Mentoring
  • Mentor and coach colleagues, focusing on Agile delivery practices and career development.
  • Play an active role in recruitment and interviews to identify top talent.
  • Ensure delivery team alignment and performance.
  • Be an ambassador for our values and practices.
Thought Leadership
  • Generate thought leadership content to support marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing forums to inspire innovation.
