Afterschool Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Afterschool Care Manager to support our pediatric homecare services in the United States. This role ensures seamless operations and patient care coverage outside of standard business hours.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for urgent matters, schedule changes, and escalations during extended working hours.
- Maintain communication channels and respond promptly to calls, messages, and emails from clients or healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure consistent coverage and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the daytime operational team to guarantee smooth transitions and continuity.
- Promote accurate documentation of after-hour activities, updates, and escalations.
- Foster high-quality client service standards and support overall operational efficiency.
This is a fully remote working opportunity requiring strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask and manage urgent requests in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with MS Office and Outlook computer applications.
The successful candidate will work 5 rotational days a week between Monday and Sunday with 2 rest days each week. Shift lengths may vary from 7 – 12 hours, totaling a 45-hour workweek.
