The role of the Credit Card Product Manager is to oversee the development and management of credit card products. This includes ensuring that the products meet the needs of customers, are profitable for the business, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing product strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Managing the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing customer feedback and defining product vision
  • Working closely with technology development, sales, marketing services, and business and customer analytics support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective communication materials, such as proposals, sales presentations, and sales kits

Qualifications for this role include:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing management and product management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Decision-making, analysis, negotiation, creative, and media proficiency
