ABOUT THE ROLEAs our Senior US Accountant, you will be responsible for processing the paperwork for a number of different company's business transactions within the company's general ledger.

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS

Accounting and Financial Management**

  • Bookkeeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate and complete financial records for bookkeeping clients, including:

  • Core Bookkeeping (Recording and Categorizing Transactions, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)

  • Reconciliations and Compliance (Bank and Vendor Reconciliations, Sales Tax Preparation, Audit Preparation as needed)
  • Financial Analysis and Forecasting (Cashflow Forecasts, Costs of Goods Sold)
  • Financial Reporting:Analyzing financial data and preparing financial statements for clients, management, stakeholders, and external parties such as lenders, tax preparers, vendors.
  • Client Billing: Prepare and send invoices from our clients to their customers.
  • Payroll:Prepare and execute payroll processes on behalf of our customers.

Client Leadership & Business Success

  • Acts as the "Client Lead" for a select number of clients.
  • Communicate with clients to both request and provide information relevant to MSP Beans' services.
  • Assist the other departments in developing strategies, establishing objectives, and making decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the accounting, bookkeeping, and finance industries.
  • Participate in the new client onboarding process.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 5 to 7 YEARS OF REQUIRED EXPERIENCEin the related field
  • Must be a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Proficient, excellent, and knowledgeable in QuickBooks Online.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
