Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer account activity and detect any unusual behavior or signs of fraud
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues related to identity theft, account takeover, check kiting, and money laundering
  • Document investigative steps and outcomes thoroughly
  • Design and implement effective anti-fraud strategies and policies
  • Train junior staff on fraud prevention procedures
  • Audit and review customer accounts using various software platforms to ensure compliance with standards
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a top US financial institution
  • In-depth knowledge of US banking regulations and laws related to fraud
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL; basic programming skills are a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis
  • Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
