We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Transaction Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
  • This role involves managing purchase agreements, contracts, transaction files, and other paperwork needed by buyers, sellers, brokers, and/or agents.
  • The ideal candidate will liaise with stakeholders including buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and others to ensure seamless communication throughout the transaction process.
  • We require someone to review all documentation and ensure compliance with standard regulations.
  • This position also involves coordinating the exchange of properties and necessary materials, providing closing statements to all parties involved.
  • A system must be developed and maintained to record all transactions for future reference.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Transaction Management Software.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy.
  • Proactive attitude.
