Guidewire Configuration Developer Manager Role

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a team of experts in developing and configuring Guidewire solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to work as a Guidewire Configuration Developer Manager. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Guidewire solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The successful candidate will have expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter configuration development, as well as experience with Java or GOSU programming and J2EE application servers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Guidewire solutions that meet client requirements
  • Maintain and improve existing Guidewire configurations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Analyze complex business issues and develop effective solutions
  • Provide expert guidance and training to junior team members
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 7-11 years of experience in Guidewire configuration development and management
  • Expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter configuration development
  • Proficiency in Java or GOSU programming and J2EE application servers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
