Job Description

This is a remote position. The goal of the role is to enhance digital advertising performance by managing and optimizing the demand-side platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and effectively lead a team to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the DSP, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  3. Manage the setup, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various channels.
  4. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make real-time adjustments to campaigns as needed.
  6. Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights and inform future strategies.
  7. Use analytics tools to track audience behavior, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and product development, to align campaign objectives and strategies.
  9. Foster relationships with external partners, such as media agencies and ad tech vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or a related role, with a focus on DSP management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising technologies, programmatic buying, and media buying strategies.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with major DSPs (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk) and digital marketing platforms.
