About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive marketing professional to support our client's marketing efforts with a strong emphasis on product management, email campaign execution, and digital content creation.

The ideal candidate has experience in both technical e-commerce support and marketing operations, can manage shifting priorities, and communicates effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, edit, and schedule weekly newsletters to engage customers and promote products.
  • Incorporate graphics using Photoshop and Canva templates to enhance visual appeal.
  • Ensure campaigns meet deadlines and brand consistency to maintain a positive image.
  • Track metrics and provide feedback for ongoing optimization to improve results.
  • Upload new products with multiple variants (color options, sizes) to expand product offerings.
  • Write/edit SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles to improve search engine rankings.
  • Maintain page formatting and consistency across products to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Support collection cleanup, blog post edits, and merchandising updates to keep content fresh.
  • Edit product and marketing images in Photoshop to ensure high-quality visuals.
  • Repurpose Canva assets into custom email graphics or product visuals to maximize reuse.
  • Assist with basic photo editing for new inventory as needed to ensure consistency.
  • Maintain visual consistency following brand guidelines to reinforce the company's identity.

Project & Task Management

  • Use Asana to manage and update daily tasks to stay organized.
  • Provide consistent status updates (completed work, pending items, blockers) to ensure transparency.
  • Communicate regularly via Slack for updates and bandwidth concerns to maintain open communication.
  • Coordinate with the team on shifting task priorities and timelines to adapt to changing needs.

Digital Marketing Support (as needed)

  • Light support in Facebook Ads and Google Ads (upload creatives, prepare drafts) to aid in digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate on future growth marketing projects as bandwidth allows to contribute to the company's growth.
