Job Title: Material Management Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our inventory, ensure efficient material storage and handling, and coordinate with site engineers for material requirements.

  • Manage incoming material deliveries, check inventories, and dispatch of materials to subcontractors.
  • Maintain warehouse and inventory yard areas, ensuring effective material storage and movement.
  • Receive, track, and store materials, updating the management system.
  • Coordinate with procurement/SCM for delivery discrepancies and damages.
  • Receive goods, conduct inspection, and update records.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Any 4-year course related to Business and/or Office Administration.
  • Knowledge of engineering documentation/drawings, etc. and Document Control quality checks.
  • Some experience with rail projects and relevant industry standard client documentation practices is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral).
  • Ability to work in a busy fast-paced site office environment.
