
Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to and solving customer inquiries in a timely manner, documenting all pertinent information, and collaborating with account owners to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Field incoming requests from customers via phone, email, and chat in a polite and professional manner
- Provide product demonstrations and configuration of accounts and entitlements after relevant approvals
- Assist with acquisitions and integrations
- Build rapport and elicit problem details from customers
- Prioritize and schedule problems, escalating them by creating tickets or cases as needed
- Perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure client needs were fully met
- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer support or account management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and listening
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly and present ideas in user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
