Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Execution System Support Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to leverage expertise in computer science or engineering to deliver exceptional technical support and resolve complex issues related to our Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, preferably with a postgraduate degree in IT, as well as experience in software project delivery for process-oriented environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert technical support and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborating on our Support Portal to review incidents, problems, and change requests
  • Developing and delivering training programs to transfer knowledge of our systems and processes

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in computer science or mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering
  • Postgraduate degree in IT or sufficient IT experience
  • 7 years experience in software projects delivery for process-oriented environments
  • Industry knowledge in food and beverage processing an advantage
  • Proficiency in SQL databases, T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers
  • Ability to diagnose and address operational data issues using Microsoft SQL Management Studio
  • Experience with ETL, SSIS, C#, Javascript, HTML, XAML
  • Visual Studio, Telerik Software tools, Windows / Network administration, Internet Information Services
