Position Title: Project Implementation Coordinator – Manufacturing (Greenfield Projects)

Location: North Luzon

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Employment Type: Project-based (2 years) with annual project bonuses

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Implementation Coordinator to support the execution of large-scale greenfield manufacturing and bottling projects in North Luzon. The role focuses on coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the set-up of new plant operations. You will collaborate closely with internal project teams, contractors, and government agencies to ensure milestones are delivered on time and in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the implementation of manufacturing and facility projects (greenfield set-up).
  • Track project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and plant operations teams to support project execution.
  • Manage external communications and logistics for groundbreaking, inspections, community engagements, and government-related activities (e.g., PEZA, LGUs, Barangays).
  • Assist in planning and executing project-related activities and events.
  • Provide both technical and administrative support to ensure efficient project operations.
  • Ensure alignment with compliance, safety, and quality standards for FMCG/manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program or project coordination, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial plant operations.
  • Exposure to greenfield projects is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills with attention to detail.
  • Technically inclined and adaptable to new tools and project management systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a cross-functional team.
