Electrical System Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the development of electrical systems within our manufacturing plant. This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of high-voltage power systems, including substations and transformer setups. They will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and execution of these systems, ensuring efficient and reliable power delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review power connection designs, single-line diagrams, and load distribution plans to ensure optimal power delivery
  • Conduct site inspections and monitoring to ensure proper implementation of electrical systems and adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and utility providers to ensure timely and compliant project execution

Requirements:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or greenfield project setup
  • Strong expertise in high-voltage systems (69kV and above), including powerline installation, substation, and transformer setup

This is a hands-on engineering role that requires a strong focus on plant operations and infrastructure development. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, communication, and project execution skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
