**Job Description**

  • Oversee the release management process to ensure timely and high-quality software releases.

The Head of Release Management will define the release strategy, ensuring seamless coordination across teams. This role will drive operational excellence in the planning, scheduling, and delivery of software and system releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the release management process.
  • Coordinate across teams to streamline release cycles.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all releases.
  • Develop and maintain release documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the release pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Establish governance frameworks for release planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members involved in the release process.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in release management within a technology department.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release pipelines.
  • Expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology systems and industry compliance standards.
  • A results-driven approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
