Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Software Engineering Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend services and applications using Golang.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to work as part of a self-organizing Scrum team in a scaled agile framework.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend services and applications using Golang.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions that meet business needs and drive technology forward.
  • Build high-quality, fault-tolerant systems and products, owning all areas of implementation, frontend, backend, CI pipeline, automated test suites, and operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

Data Structures and Algorithms: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

GoLang Expertise: Proficiency in Golang and a solid understanding of its concurrency patterns and best practices.

Web Frameworks: Experience with web frameworks for building APIs and microservices.

Cloud-Based Environments: Experience in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Frontend Technologies: Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Vue.js) for full-stack development.

Requirements:
  • 4-5+ years of proven experience with Golang, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills focused on user experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Owner-end-to-end experience, including frontend, backend, CI/CD, operations.
  • Experience in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Vue.js) for full-stack development.
