Leadership Role in Software Engineering
">We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the delivery of software solutions that drive health outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare technology.
">The successful candidate will have:
">- A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical software engineering">
- At least 6 years of experience managing technical engineering teams">
- 5+ years of experience delivering technical products to an active user base in a live production environment">
Key Responsibilities:
">- Provides subject matter expertise in areas of software delivery, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established product, program, and project management techniques">
- Designs, implements, and monitors all operations and key performance metrics or operational efficiency for the engineering team">
- Manages projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to scope">
- Sets team direction, resolves problems, and provides guidance to members of the team">
- Recruits, develops, and manages high-performing technical teams">
Requirements:
">- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience">
- Strong leadership and communication skills">
- Able to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team">
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Experience working within large organizations">
- Deep knowledge of industry trends and best practices">
- Proven leadership techniques for managing high-performing development teams">
