Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with potential customers, generating interest in our offerings, and qualifying leads for further engagement by the sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their needs, budget, and purchase intent, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our company's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
  • CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Lead Nurturing: Use email marketing and other communication tools to nurture leads and provide them with relevant content and information.
  • Sales Handoff: Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, providing comprehensive information and context.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
