Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Assistant to join our team. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our database using Zoho software.

You will also be responsible for entering data from various digital sources such as emails, online forms, and shared drives, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Additionally, you will perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and document sharing using cloud-based tools.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
  • Willing to work graveyard shift.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Comfortable with cloud-based applications and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discreet, professional, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Experience working with a CEO or senior management is a plus but not mandatory.
