IT Inventory Planner

Maintaining a precise inventory of IT assets is crucial for business success. As an IT Inventory Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate tracking and management of IT parts, components, and equipment to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the inventory of IT assets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to source and procure IT parts and components.
  • Coordinate orders for IT assets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist in budget planning and management for IT asset procurement.
  • Forecast future demand for IT assets based on past consumption data.
  • Prepare regular reports on parts usage, inventory levels, procurement status, and budget adherence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of relevant experience.
  • Average user of MS Office Software.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and parts planning processes.
  • Experience with procurement software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
