At Connext, we are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying and gathering contact information for potential leads to support the company's sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have experience in lead research, data mining, prospecting, and data entry roles. They should be familiar with tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.

The successful applicant will work independently to provide accurate and high-quality lead data, using their skills in internet research to find target prospects and collect contact information.

Responsibilities
  • Use AI tools and databases to find target prospects
  • Collect and verify contact information (emails, phone numbers, job titles)
  • Organize and input data into spreadsheets and CRM tools
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across prospect lists
  • Collaborate with sales and cold calling teams to prioritize and refine lead targets
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience in lead research, data mining, prospecting, and data entry roles
  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and CRM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong internet connectivity
  • Clear and coherent communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition
