Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support our operations.

  1. Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and ensure seamless communication among team members.
  2. Gather data, track trends, and prepare reports for analysis and decision-making.
  3. Store and maintain confidential documents, files, and records.
  4. Data Entry: create and manage databases, spreadsheets, and other digital tools.
  5. Research products, services, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  6. Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and instant messaging.
  8. Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for stakeholders.
  9. Monitor and update social media accounts.
  10. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with online calendar systems and project management software.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
