Renewal Sales Specialist Job Description

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for driving industry-leading renewal rates and maintaining a large volume of renewals with a high call and email volume daily.

You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in a hybrid work environment to develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors within our existing customer base.

This position requires strong account management and commercial capabilities to drive renewals to on-time closure, identifying customer requirements, uncovering roadblocks, and prioritizing responsibilities within your customer segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive industry-leading renewal rates and maintain a large volume of renewals with a high call and email volume daily.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors within our existing customer base.
  • Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management and commercial capabilities to drive renewals to on-time closure.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a technical sales role.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to network and build trust both internally and externally.
  • Ability to navigate and bring clarity to complex situations.
  • Previous experience with CRM - NetSuite or Salesforce; Tableau is a plus.
