Job Summary:

Lead a team performing inventory audits of critical stocks, evaluating internal controls to protect assets and ensure record accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and track monthly audit schedules

  2. Ensure SOPs in auditing are effective and followed by team members. Revisit protocols and create recommendations accordingly, conducting routine inventory audits in farms and plants.

  3. Assist the team in providing accurate inventory reports and submitting these on/before deadline.

  4. Provide recommendations on improving internal controls to minimize risks, optimize resource utilization, and enhance report accuracy.

  5. Monitor progress of agreed corrective actions.

  6. Coordinate with department heads on audit-related matters.

  7. Assist in training audit associates to build team capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: BS Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting Technology or related field

  • Experience: Supervisory roles in audit

  • Special skills:

    • Team management to achieve exceeded KPIs

    • Accounting and auditing knowledge

    • Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills

    • Analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Confidential data handling

    • Attention to detail

    • Balanced work between field and office, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
