Lead Inventory Auditor

Job Summary:

As a Lead Inventory Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the ODA team in Bacolod and performing inventory audits of critical stocks to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize monthly audit schedules and track progress.
  • Ensure auditing SOPs are effective and followed by team members, revisiting protocols as needed.
  • Provide accurate inventory reports on time and assist in recommending improvements to minimize risks.
  • Monitor corrective actions and coordinate with department heads on audit-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Supervisory experience in auditing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Accounting and auditing procedures.
  • Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills.
