Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Quote Administration
    • Prepare and automate quotes for sales teams
    • Monitor account upgrades, plan changes, and contract renewals
    • Track payments and assist with collections
    • Coordinate invoice records with the accounting team
  • Crm Support
    • Keep pipeline data clean and updated in HubSpot
    • Monitor lead stages and flag inconsistencies
    • Drive updates and follow-ups after pipeline meetings and deal reviews
    • Support lifecycle tracking for upgrades, renewals, and new deals
  • Sales Enablement
    • Respond to client queries on pricing and help route support or technical questions
    • Organize and maintain up-to-date sales enablement materials
    • Support sales playbook creation and objection handling resources
    • Tag and log key sales call transcripts and escalate insights as needed
  • Administration
    • Assist in preparing reports and internal documents
    • Support manual scheduling and calendar coordination for high-priority calls
    • Track and prepare dashboards to monitor KPIs and sales targets
    • Help with internal task tracking and documentation

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or administrative roles
  • Proficient with HubSpot and Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Notion or ClickUp is a plus
  • Comfortable managing quotes and coordinating across multiple teams
  • High attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through independently
