Job Title: Sales Specialist
Location: Mandaue, Cebu
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to handle the sales and distribution of poultry products, focusing on growing and managing key accounts, ensuring strong market presence, and securing timely collections. The role also involves close coordination with customers and merchandisers to meet sales targets and maintain efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow sales of poultry products by collaborating with key accounts and ensuring excellent customer service through market visits and trade checks.

  2. Supervise merchandisers and ensure visibility of poultry products through proper product placements, displays, and merchandising tools.

  3. Implement and monitor sales order planning and execution in line with company systems and schedules.

  4. Gather market feedback on pricing, competitors, and customer needs; recommend actionable sales strategies.

  5. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting Technology, or any related course

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and collection, preferably in poultry or food-related distribution

  • Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Must have a valid driver's license and knows how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle
