Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive business growth, develop new opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to meet revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and market expansion.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to management.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
