Job Description

The Regional Key Account Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing the sales and trade marketing plan for assigned customers. This includes delivering net sales and Cost to Sales Objectives, bridging Execution Gaps and opportunities versus Brand / Channel benchmark, and strengthening Merchandiser execution capability.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Meet or exceed net sales targets.
  • Ensure Product Assortment & Placement strategy in assigned customers.
  • Guarantee speed of distribution of NPD & Promotion.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • FMCg selling experience handling National Modern Trade Supermarkets and/or CVS Channel.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Market insights derived from internal/external data analytics, Sales Forecasting.
  • Willing to travel 80% of the time.
