Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a keen understanding of financial products and services.
- Manage customer relationships through proactive outreach and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information and guidance to customers
Applicants should possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO environment, or a College degree with no prior BPO experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and workflows while maintaining a high level of productivity
