Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Sales Admin professional to support the growth of our automotive services business. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for preparing accurate customer quotes, using CRM templates and interpreting Excel-based price lists to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records of quotes and customer correspondence is also a critical aspect of this role, enabling us to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, including managing Facebook messages and comments, is essential for building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Once quoting has been mastered, you will also handle inbound and outbound calls, further enhancing your communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Assisting with other general administrative duties as required to support business operations is an important part of this role, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to learn and grow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar is preferred, highlighting your academic achievements and expertise in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales admin role or similar is also essential, demonstrating your industry knowledge and ability to apply it in practice.
  • Strong written English skills with excellent attention to detail are crucial, enabling you to communicate effectively and produce high-quality documents.
  • Previous experience in quoting, administration, or customer service roles is highly desirable, showcasing your versatility and ability to adapt to different situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software is expected, highlighting your technical skills and ability to work efficiently with various tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided to support your development and growth.
  • Exposure to the automotive industry is advantageous but not required, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to learn about new industries and sectors.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to developing into a long-term role are essential qualities, driving your success and growth within our organization.
