Key Responsibilities & Business Objectives

You'll work closely with team members to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global customers. This involves understanding customer requirements, designing and delivering solutions that meet their needs, and supporting junior team members.

As a senior associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Implementing and configuring Workday solutions
  • Designing and delivering solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Supporting junior team members and sharing knowledge

What We're Looking For
  • Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll Certification (US payroll essential)
  • Customer-facing consulting experience with excellent communication skills
  • Good commercial awareness and project management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Capable of planning workload and meeting deadlines
  • Consulting skills, including presenting, workshops, and explaining functionality to customers
  • Maintaining high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and security of information at all times
  • Will to learn and improve tools and processes
  • Ability to rotate through various Workday delivery services
