Our team is seeking a highly skilled consultant to join our ranks. As a Workday Certified Time and Absence Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite, with deep knowledge and experience with Absence & Time Tracking.

  1. Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership in gathering and documenting client business requirements, designing and configuring the Workday solution, demonstrating configurations through the development of prototype systems, assisting in testing the Workday solution, and completing knowledge transfer to clients.
    • Collaborate with the data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday.
    • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge among new consultants.
    • Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborating effectively and synergistically to team-based projects.
    • Work with team members to address complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support.
    • Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
    • Maintain clients' ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in production.
    • Provide regular status reports to project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status.
    • Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
    • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems).
    • Demonstrate computational thinking. Identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes, and construct algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needs.
    • Contribute to and mold a culture of continuous education amongst your colleagues, mentees, and managers — serve as a professional role model.
    • Provide insightful status reports to project managers that highlight risks to project health and improvements in client adoption.
