Job Title: Financial Compliance Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial compliance professional to lead our regulatory engagements and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regulatory engagements and maintain compliance with mandatory reporting requirements;
  • Advise on payments/financial services regulatory matters and assist in product development;
  • Provide timely and quality regulatory advice for complex agreements;
  • Develop and implement Group Compliance initiatives, including technology risk management and business continuity management;
  • Manage audits and inspections by regulators and implement Group-wide financial compliance programs;
  • Drive a culture of compliance within the organization.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of financial regulatory experience;
  • Mix of regulatory experience, in-house experience in lending and payments, and private practice experience;
  • Knowledge of FinTech lending and insurance;
  • Extensive experience interacting with regulators;
  • Critical thinking and analysis skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
