  • Monitor online discussions and respond appropriately to protect and enhance brand reputation
  • Develop strategies to counter inaccurate or negative posts/comments
  • Generate and coordinate positive reviews through legitimate channels
  • Track and report on online sentiment and reputation metrics
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, research, and project coordination
