About This Email Solutions Specialist Position

This is a multi-functional role that requires proactive individuals who can work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for assisting clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns, providing guidance on email deliverability best practices, and troubleshooting email-related issues.

You must have a strong understanding of email compliance regulations and be able to educate clients on these standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform.
  • Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Educate customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
