Job Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage digital content across multiple client accounts. This role involves maintaining structured content vaults, supporting content workflows, and ensuring content is tagged, categorized, and ready to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upload, organize, and tag digital content for optimal access
  • Maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and vault documentation
  • Support script template creation for tone consistency
  • Collaborate on content ideas aligned with current trends and client goals
  • Review content for quality and flag inconsistencies
  • Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination
  • Provide timely updates and task status via internal tools

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
