Job Title: Information Technology Auditor

At Supportwave, we're looking for a skilled IT Auditor to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on SOC 1, SOC 2, and HIPAA audits, while also providing hands-on support from experts.

As an IT Auditor, you'll be responsible for conducting thorough risk assessments, analyzing and strengthening tech controls, sharing impactful findings with management, and communicating clearly with clients and teammates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in clients' IT systems.
  • Develop effective audit plans, ensuring timely project completion and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and communication.
Requirements:
  • One year of experience in IT auditing, preferably at a Big 4 or equivalent.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, cyber security, or MIS.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI QSA (active or in progress).
