Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role involves working with customers to resolve their issues with our SaaS application.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written English skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in a technical support role. They will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Intercom.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to the Teamflect platform.
  • Guiding customers through product features and functionalities to maximize their experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A reliable personal computer and stable internet connection.
  • The willingness to work the night shift (11 PM to 8 AM PH Time).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
