Job Opportunity

A skilled and detail-oriented financial clerk is needed to support fast-growing businesses in the jewelry retail industry.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, streamline transaction processing, and support key automation initiatives using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other financial tools like Bill.com. They must be highly adaptable and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks, including record-keeping, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Provide retail accounting support, including inventory tracking, cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) allocations, and POS system integration.
  • Assist with payroll administration, including vendor payments and employee compensation.
  • Perform reporting and financial analysis tasks, including generating financial reports and identifying trends for cost optimization or revenue improvement.
  • Contribute to automating workflows using QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, or other integrated tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a retail or e-commerce setting.
  • Experience working in or with the jewelry industry is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and experience using Bill.com is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote work environment.
