Role Summary

We're seeking a skilled Export Trade Specialist to join our Manila team and support International Freight Operations across Australia. This role will involve managing export operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage export orders and collaborate with freight forwarders to ensure schedules are kept at a standard until delivery to the customers.
  • Ensure compliance by maintaining Tariff Codes, preparing Certificates of Origin, and providing updated documentations/reports.
  • Provide customer support by analyzing ways to reduce freight costs and resolving issues with the Customer Service team.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years' proven experience in International Logistics and Export Management. Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience in ERP systems preferably Netsuite or similar.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with a track record of managing stakeholder relationships.
