About This Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Virtual Receptionist. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication with our customers and team members.
Our team works in a fast-paced virtual environment, where effective communication and time management are essential skills for success. If you have excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills, strong organization skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, we encourage you to apply for this position.
- You will be responsible for greeting customers in the virtual lobby, routing them to the appropriate team member, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their experience with us.
- In addition to your core responsibilities, you will work closely with our managers and senior specialists to connect customers on Zoom, create best practices for waiting room etiquette, and maintain a positive Zoom room environment.
- You will also educate customers on chat/zoom support functions, provide feedback to leadership to improve customer experience, and facilitate urgent escalations when necessary.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, scheduler, administrative assistant, or relevant role is preferred.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar) is an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
