Job Title: Property Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with tenants, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Property Manager to join our team at an esteemed real estate company.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and address their concerns in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure minimal disruption to tenants.
  • Manage leases and ensure tenant compliance with rental agreements.
  • Perform financial management tasks, including rent collections, accounts payable/receivable and invoicing.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Stay up-to-date with U.S. laws and regulations governing real estate.
  • Enter data accurately and manage property transactions, including bills for payment.
  • Process payroll for maintenance technicians and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior experience in rent collection, invoicing, accounts management and property transactions.
  • Marketing skills to attract tenants and grow the business.
  • Knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and payroll processing.
  • Tech-savviness with property management software and virtual tools.
