We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Property Support Assistant to join our team.

Job Description

The role of Property Support Assistant is crucial in providing administrative support to the Property Management Team. You will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, managing maintenance requests, and ensuring timely service delivery.

As a Property Support Assistant, you will work closely with the Property Management Team to ensure the smooth operation of our property management services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, maintenance requests, and other relevant information.
  • Ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinating with tradespeople to arrange maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Processing and managing rent arrears, including following up with tenants and landlords as required.
  • Preparing routine inspection schedules and coordinating with tenants to schedule inspections.

For this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client information. You should also be proficient in using property management software and have a strong attention to detail.
