The HR Reporting and Automation Specialist will be joining our growing HR Team as we build our capabilities in reporting and process automation. The successful candidate is expected to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality reports, maintain the data warehouse, and build automated solutions for various HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely reports and collaborate with HR stakeholders on new report requests or changes in requirements.
  • Perform regular quality checks on reports produced and resolve any issues found with data or production process (escalate to manager whenever necessary).
  • Partner with IT in developing and maintaining our HR reporting data warehouse.
  • Assist in creating automated solutions for HR processes using state-of-the-art tools.
  • Pioneer the integration of new technologies to HR, such as Robotic Process Automation and AI.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies around data privacy, security, and retention.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a technical field (IT, Engineering, Math, or Statistics).
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in automation using Pathfinder, Python, UIPath, or other RPA platforms in the market.
  • Data warehouse experience in Snowflake or SQL is required.
  • Reporting experience from HR systems or Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to facilitate meetings and consultations with key stakeholders in HR.
  • A self-starter, resourceful, critical thinker, and detail-oriented individual.
