Job Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Operations & Data Analyst to support cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in data analysis and financial modeling. You should be eager to learn, comfortable with evolving tools, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, growing organization.

  • Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
  • Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a fast-growing environment.
  • Continuously learn new tools and adapt to evolving processes.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
  • A 'can-do' mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency is a nice-to-have.
  • Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization is an advantage.
