Job Description

This role involves optimizing data processes to ensure seamless access, analysis, and decision-making across an organization. As a Data Operations Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical data teams and business operations by designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient controls of data processing systems.

Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data trends, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with internal development teams to identify and resolve data-related issues. This will involve managing existing data pipelines, establishing data quality metrics, and implementing corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze operational processes and identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to clearly convey complex data findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data solutions.
