Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Analyst and Business Driver.

This role involves supporting cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in data analysis and financial modeling.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage workflows and datasets across multiple departments to ensure information is properly structured.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
