Technical Support Role

Adaca is seeking a motivated and ambitious technical support professional to join our growing team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide first-level support to end users, resolving or escalating issues related to software, systems, and applications.

  • Provide timely resolution of technical problems and document incidents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and follow up on progress.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and services through structured training and on-the-job learning.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Prior helpdesk or support experience is an asset, but not required.
